이용약관

이 약관은 유한회사 데브월드(이하 「회사」)가 제공하는 오목(이하 「앱」)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

1. 목적과 적용

앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으시면 앱 이용을 중단하고 삭제해 주세요.

2. 서비스 내용

앱은 15×15 판에서 다섯 알을 먼저 잇는 오목 게임을 제공합니다. 기기 안에서 동작하는 AI 와의 대전과 한 기기에서 두 사람이 번갈아 두는 대전을 지원합니다.

앱은 무료이며 광고, 인앱 결제, 회원가입, 온라인 기능이 없습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 앱을 역설계, 변조하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 방식으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 지식재산권

앱의 프로그램, 디자인, 그래픽 등 앱에 관한 지식재산권은 회사에 있습니다. 오목의 게임 규칙 자체는 누구나 이용할 수 있는 전통 놀이입니다.

5. 면책과 책임 제한

앱은 「있는 그대로」 제공됩니다. 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.

기기 고장, 앱 삭제, 운영체제 초기화 등으로 기기에 저장된 게임 기록이 사라질 수 있으며 회사는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다.

6. 서비스 변경과 중단

회사는 앱의 기능을 변경하거나 앱 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 이미 설치된 앱은 오프라인으로 동작하므로 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

7. 약관의 변경

회사는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

8. 준거법과 분쟁 해결

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 앱 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using Gomoku (the “App”) provided by DevWorld Ltd. (the “Company”).

1. Purpose and scope

By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and delete it.

2. The service

The App is a Gomoku game played on a 15×15 board, where the first to connect five stones wins. You can play against an AI that runs on your device, or with two players taking turns on one device.

The App is free and has no ads, in-app purchases, accounts, or online features.

3. Your responsibilities

You must not reverse-engineer or tamper with the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Company owns the intellectual property in the App, including its software, design, and graphics. The rules of Gomoku themselves are a traditional game that anyone may use.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except for damages caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Game records stored on your device may be lost due to device failure, uninstalling the App, or resetting the operating system, and the Company cannot recover them.

6. Changes to and discontinuation of the service

The Company may change the App's features or stop offering the App. Because the App works offline, copies already installed can continue to be used.

7. Changes to these terms

The Company may change these terms when necessary and will post the changes and their effective date on this page.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the App will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
