개인정보처리방침

유한회사 데브월드는 Highway 사용자의 개인정보와 선택권을 중요하게 생각합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

Highway는 회원가입과 로그인을 제공하지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 같은 계정 정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 회사는 이 앱을 위한 서버를 운영하지 않으므로 사용자의 정보를 자체 서버로 수집하지 않습니다. 게임은 네트워크 연결 없이도 모든 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

무료 서비스 운영을 위한 광고 제공 과정에서 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 User Messaging Platform SDK가 기기 식별자(광고 ID), 대략적인 위치, 광고 데이터, 앱 상호작용, 충돌·성능 및 기타 진단 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

앱은 다음 네 가지만 사용자의 기기에 저장합니다. 유한회사 데브월드의 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

• 선택한 표시 언어
• 최고 점수
• 끝까지 마친 주행 수 (전면광고 표시 주기 계산에만 사용합니다)
• 배경음악·효과음·진동을 켰는지 껐는지

진행 중인 주행은 저장하지 않으며 앱을 닫으면 사라집니다. 앱을 삭제하면 위 정보도 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 광고와 제3자 서비스

앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 메뉴 화면과 주행 화면 하단에 배너 광고를 표시하고, 주행을 다섯 번 마칠 때마다 한 번 전면 광고를 표시합니다. 보상형 광고는 사용하지 않으며, 광고를 보는 대가로 지급되는 게임 내 보상도 없습니다.

Google과 광고 파트너는 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 부정행위 방지, 성과 측정 및 관련 법규 준수를 위해 광고 요청 정보와 제1조의 광고 관련 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 점수와 주행 기록은 광고 사업자에게 전달하지 않습니다.

4. 동의와 권한 관리

적용되는 지역에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 동의 화면을 제공합니다. 동의 내용은 메뉴의 「광고 개인정보 설정」에서 언제든 다시 열어 변경할 수 있습니다. iPhone에서는 추적 허용 여부를 함께 묻습니다. 추적을 허용하지 않아도 게임의 모든 기능을 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.

앱이 선언하는 권한은 인터넷 접속과 진동 두 가지뿐입니다. 인터넷은 광고를 불러오는 데만 쓰고, 진동은 부딪히거나 차를 스칠 때의 손맛을 위해서만 씁니다. 진동은 메뉴에서 끌 수 있습니다. 네트워크가 없으면 광고 영역이 접히고 게임은 그대로 진행됩니다. 카메라, 마이크, 위치, 연락처, 사진에는 접근하지 않습니다.

5. 보관 기간과 삭제

Highway는 계정이나 주행 기록을 자체 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 언어 설정, 최고 점수, 주행 수, 소리 설정은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 광고 ID는 기기 설정에서 언제든 재설정할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

Highway는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 제작된 앱이 아니며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자께서 아동의 정보가 처리되었다고 판단하시는 경우 아래 문의처로 알려 주시면 확인 후 조치하겠습니다.

7. 국외 처리

광고 관련 데이터의 보관 기간과 처리 위치는 Google 및 참여 광고 파트너의 정책에 따르며 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 기기 설정, 앱 내 「광고 개인정보 설정」 및 Google 계정의 광고 설정에서 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

DevWorld Co., Ltd. respects the privacy and choices of everyone who plays Highway.

1. Information we collect

Highway has no sign-up or login and never asks for your name, email address or phone number. We run no server for this app, so nothing is collected to a server of ours. Every feature of the game works without a network connection.

To keep the app free, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the User Messaging Platform SDK may process a device identifier (advertising ID), approximate location, advertising data, app interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic data.

2. What is stored on your device

The app stores only the following four things on your device. None of it is sent to a server of DevWorld Co., Ltd.

• The display language you chose
• Your best score
• How many runs you have finished (used only to time the full-screen ad)
• Whether music, sound effects and haptics are on or off

A run in progress is not saved and disappears when you close the app. Deleting the app removes the items above from your device as well.

3. Advertising and third-party services

Through Google AdMob the app shows a banner at the bottom of the menu and the driving screen, and one full-screen ad after every fifth finished run. There are no rewarded ads and no in-game reward for watching an ad.

Google and its advertising partners may process ad request information and the advertising data described above in order to serve and cap ads, prevent fraud, measure performance and comply with applicable law. Your scores and run history are not shared with advertisers.

4. Consent and permissions

Where required, a consent screen is shown before any ad is requested. You can reopen and change it at any time from “Ad privacy settings” in the menu. On iPhone you are also asked whether to allow tracking. Declining does not limit any part of the game.

The app declares only two permissions: internet access and vibration. The internet is used only to load ads; vibration is used only for the feel of a crash or a near miss, and can be turned off in the menu. Without a network the ad area collapses and the game carries on. The app never accesses your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

5. Retention and deletion

Highway keeps no account and no run history on any server of ours. The language setting, best score, run count and sound settings stored on your device are removed when you delete the app. You can reset your advertising ID at any time in your device settings.

6. Children's privacy

Highway is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child's information has been processed, please contact us at the address below and we will look into it.

7. Processing outside your country

How long advertising data is kept and where it is processed follow the policies of Google and the participating ad partners, and it may be processed outside your country. You can manage the related choices in your device settings, in “Ad privacy settings” inside the app, and in the ad settings of your Google account.
