이 약관은 유한회사 데브월드가 제공하는 Highway 앱의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

1. 목적과 적용

이 약관은 앱의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 서비스 내용

Highway는 기기에서 단독으로 동작하는 세로형 아케이드 게임입니다. 5차선 고속도로에서 앞서 달리는 차들을 피하며 달린 거리를 점수로 쌓습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인은 없으며 네트워크 연결 없이도 모든 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

최고 점수는 기기에만 저장되며 순위표나 다른 이용자와의 공유 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 인앱 결제와 보상형 광고는 없습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 앱을 역설계하거나 변조하여 배포해서는 안 되며, 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 지식재산권

앱과 그 안의 그래픽, 음원, 문구를 포함한 모든 구성 요소에 대한 권리는 유한회사 데브월드에 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 앱을 사용할 권리를 가집니다.

5. 광고

앱은 무료로 제공되며 Google AdMob 광고를 포함합니다. 광고와 관련한 데이터 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

6. 면책과 책임 제한

회사는 앱을 현재 상태로 제공하며, 기기 환경이나 운영체제 변경으로 발생한 오류에 대해 합리적인 범위에서 대응합니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접손해에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. 서비스 변경과 중단

회사는 앱의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 이 페이지와 릴리즈 노트를 통해 알립니다.

8. 약관의 변경

약관이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

9. 준거법과 분쟁 해결

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속관할로 합니다.

Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using Highway, an app provided by DevWorld Co., Ltd.

1. Purpose and scope

These terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and of users in connection with the app. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

2. What the service is

Highway is a portrait arcade game that runs entirely on your device. You dodge slower cars on a five-lane highway and turn distance into score. There is no sign-up or login, and every feature works without a network connection.

Your best score is stored only on your device; there is no leaderboard and no sharing with other players. There are no in-app purchases and no rewarded ads.

3. Your responsibilities

You may not reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the app, and you may not use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the app and its components, including the graphics, audio and text, belong to DevWorld Co., Ltd. You are granted the right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Advertising

The app is free and includes Google AdMob advertising. Data handling related to ads follows the privacy policy.

6. Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided as is. We respond within reason to problems caused by device environments or operating system changes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may change the app or stop providing it. Significant changes are announced on this page and in the release notes.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update the effective date and the content of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the company's place of business.
