개인정보처리방침

Pebblebrook(이하 「본 게임」)은 이용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로만 다룹니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없으며 게임 진행 데이터는 기기 안에만 저장되고 개발사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 무료로 서비스하기 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 게재하며, 이 과정에서 광고 사업자가 일부 정보를 수집합니다.

1. 개발사가 직접 수집하는 정보 — 없음

본 게임은 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소·결제수단 등 어떤 개인정보도 직접 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 분석(analytics) SDK 도 탑재하지 않았습니다.

2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

다음 정보가 기기 내부 저장소(Android DataStore / iOS UserDefaults)에만 저장됩니다.

보유 자원·건물 레벨·초대한 이웃·달성 목표·마지막 접속 시각 — 게임 진행 상황 유지 및 오프라인 수확 계산에 씁니다
선택한 언어와 소리 설정 — 이용자 설정 유지에 씁니다

이 데이터는 외부로 전송되지 않으며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 앱 내 「설정 → 진행 상황 초기화」로도 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.

3. 광고 — Google AdMob

본 게임은 Google AdMob을 통해 배너 광고와 보상형 광고를 게재합니다. 보상형 광고는 오프라인 수확 화면에서 「2배로 받기」를 직접 누른 경우에만 재생됩니다. Google 및 그 파트너는 광고 게재·빈도 제한·부정 클릭 방지·효과 측정을 위해 다음 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 이용자의 선택권

EEA·영국·스위스에서는 앱 최초 실행 시 GDPR 동의 창이 표시됩니다. 동의를 거부하면 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 게재되며 게임 기능에는 아무 제한이 없습니다.

iOS에서는 추적 허용 여부(App Tracking Transparency)를 묻습니다. 거부하시면 IDFA가 제공되지 않으며, 역시 게임은 동일하게 동작합니다. 동의 선택은 앱 내 「설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정」에서 언제든 다시 변경할 수 있습니다.

기기 설정에서도 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다 (Android: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 / iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적).

5. 제3자 제공 및 판매

개발사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 대여하지 않습니다. 위 광고 사업자(Google) 외에 데이터를 공유하는 곳은 없습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 게임은 만 13세 미만(EEA는 만 16세 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 정보를 제공했다고 판단되는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려 주시면 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제하겠습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

본 게임은 개발사 서버에 이용자 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제 요청의 대상이 되는 보관 데이터가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 앱 내 진행 상황 초기화로 이용자가 직접 완전히 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 데이터에 대한 권리 행사는 Google을 통해 하실 수 있습니다.

8. 보안

게임 데이터는 각 운영체제가 제공하는 앱 전용 저장 영역에 보관되며 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없습니다. 개발사로 전송되는 데이터가 없으므로 전송 중 유출 위험도 없습니다.

9. 방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 업데이트 시 별도로 안내합니다.

Privacy Policy

Pebblebrook (the “Game”) handles as little personal information as possible. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and your progress is stored only on your device — it is never sent to our servers. To keep the Game free we show Google AdMob ads, and the ad provider collects some information in that process.

1. Information we collect ourselves — none

We do not collect or transmit your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or payment details. The Game contains no analytics SDK.

2. Stored on your device only

The following is stored only in your device’s own storage (Android DataStore / iOS UserDefaults).

Resources, building levels, invited neighbours, completed goals and last-seen time — used to keep your progress and calculate offline earnings
Your chosen language and sound setting — used to remember your preferences

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game. You can also erase it at any time via Settings → Reset progress.

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

The Game shows banner and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. A rewarded ad plays only when you tap “Double it” on the offline earnings screen yourself. Google and its partners may collect and use the following to serve ads, cap frequency, prevent fraud and measure performance:

Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA)
IP address and the approximate location inferred from it (country/city level)
Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size)
Ad impression, click and completion events

Google is the controller of that data; we have no access to it. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

4. Your choices

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a GDPR consent dialog appears on first launch. If you decline, you will see non-personalised ads instead. No game feature is restricted either way.

On iOS you are asked for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, the IDFA is not shared and the Game works identically. You can revisit your choice at any time via Settings → Ad privacy settings.

You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads / iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

5. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell or rent personal information. Apart from the advertising provider named above, we share data with no one.

6. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it without delay.

7. Your rights

Because we keep no user data on our servers, there is no stored data subject to access, correction or deletion requests. Data on your device can be erased completely by deleting the app or resetting your progress inside it. Rights relating to advertising data can be exercised through Google.

8. Security

Game data is kept in the app-private storage area provided by each operating system, where other apps cannot reach it. Because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no transmission to intercept.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will post the updated text and effective date on this page. Significant changes are announced separately with an app update.
