이용약관
이 약관은 유한회사 데브월드가 제공하는 Pebblebrook 앱의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
1. 목적과 적용
이 약관은 앱의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스 내용
Pebblebrook은 강가의 버려진 마을을 되살리는 방치형 생활 시뮬레이션 게임입니다. 건물을 올리고 이웃을 초대해 자원을 모으며, 앱을 닫아 둔 동안에도 자원이 쌓입니다. 기기에서 단독으로 동작하고 회원가입이나 네트워크 연결 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 무료로 제공되는 대신 광고가 표시됩니다.
진행 상황은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 계정이 없으므로 기기를 바꾸면 진행 상황이 옮겨지지 않습니다.
3. 이용자의 의무
이용자는 앱을 역분석하거나 무단으로 복제·배포·변조해서는 안 되며, 저장된 진행 데이터를 조작하거나 광고 표시를 부정한 방법으로 우회해서는 안 됩니다.
4. 지식재산권
앱과 그 구성 요소에 대한 저작권을 포함한 지식재산권은 회사에 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 권리만을 가집니다.
5. 광고와 게임 내 재화
앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 배너 광고와 보상형 광고를 표시합니다. 보상형 광고는 오프라인 수확 화면에서 「2배로 받기」를 직접 누른 경우에만 재생되며, 끝까지 시청한 경우에만 수확량이 두 배로 지급됩니다. 광고가 실패하거나 취소되어도 기본 수확량은 그대로 유지됩니다.
게임 내 자원과 조약돌은 게임 안에서만 의미를 가지며 현금이나 재화로 교환되지 않습니다. 유료 결제 항목은 없습니다.
6. 진행 상황과 데이터
진행 상황은 기기 내부 저장소에 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 내 「설정 → 진행 상황 초기화」를 실행하면 복구할 수 없습니다. 회사는 서버에 사본을 보관하지 않으므로 복원 요청에 응할 수 없습니다.
7. 면책과 책임 제한
회사는 앱을 현 상태로 제공하며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무중단·무오류를 보증하지 않습니다. 기기 환경이나 제3자 서비스의 사정으로 발생한 손해에 대해서는 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. 서비스 변경과 중단
회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.
9. 약관의 변경
회사는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에 게시한 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.
10. 준거법과 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관련 법령이 정하는 관할 법원에 따릅니다.

Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using Pebblebrook, an app provided by DevWorld Co., Ltd.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and of users in connection with the app. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
2. What the service is
Pebblebrook is an idle life simulation in which you restore an abandoned riverside village — raising buildings, inviting neighbours and gathering resources that accumulate even while the app is closed. It runs entirely on your device, needs no account or network connection, and is free with ads.
Progress is stored on your device only. Because there is no account, progress does not transfer when you change devices.
3. Your obligations
You must not reverse-engineer the app or copy, distribute or modify it without permission, tamper with your saved progress, or circumvent the display of ads by improper means.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the app and its components, including copyright, belong to the company. You receive only the right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Ads and in-game currency
The app shows banner and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. A rewarded ad plays only when you tap “Double it” on the offline earnings screen, and the doubled amount is granted only if you watch it to the end. If the ad fails or is cancelled, you keep the standard amount.
In-game resources and pebbles have meaning inside the game only and cannot be exchanged for money or goods. There are no paid purchases.
6. Progress and data
Progress is kept in your device’s storage. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes it permanently. We keep no server-side copy, so we cannot restore it.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the company makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. The company is not liable for damage arising from your device environment or from third-party services, except in cases of its wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to and discontinuation of the service
The company may change the service or stop providing it. Significant changes are announced in the app or on this page.
9. Changes to these terms
The company may amend these terms where necessary. An amended version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute is subject to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
