이용약관

이 약관은 유한회사 데브월드가 제공하는 스피드 큐브(Speed Cube) 앱의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

1. 목적과 적용

이 약관은 앱을 내려받아 사용하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치해 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 서비스 내용

스피드 큐브는 2×2부터 5×5까지의 큐브 퍼즐을 손가락으로 돌려 맞추는 1인용 게임입니다. 무료이며 인앱 결제와 광고가 없습니다.

계정과 서버가 없으므로 기록은 기기 안에만 남습니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 삭제하면 기록은 복원되지 않습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 앱을 역설계하거나 무단으로 복제·배포·개작하지 않으며, 법령을 위반하는 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 지식재산권과 상표

앱의 코드, 그래픽, 문구를 포함한 모든 구성 요소에 대한 권리는 유한회사 데브월드에 있습니다.

"Rubik's"와 "Rubik's Cube"는 Rubik's Brand Ltd. 의 등록상표입니다. 스피드 큐브는 Rubik's Brand Ltd. 와 아무런 관련이 없으며, 해당 회사가 후원하거나 승인한 앱이 아닙니다. 이 앱은 특허가 만료된 회전 퍼즐 메커니즘을 독자적으로 구현한 것입니다.

5. 면책과 책임 제한

앱은 있는 그대로 제공되며, 회사는 앱이 이용자의 특정 목적에 맞거나 오류 없이 동작할 것을 보증하지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

6. 서비스 변경과 중단

회사는 앱의 기능을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 중단 시 스토어 페이지 또는 이 사이트에 안내합니다. 기기에 저장된 기록은 이미 설치된 앱에서 계속 확인하실 수 있습니다.

7. 약관의 변경

약관을 고칠 때는 문서 버전과 시행일을 함께 올리고 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

8. 준거법과 분쟁 해결

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 관계 법령이 정한 절차에 따라 해결합니다.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Speed Cube, an app provided by DevWorld Co., Ltd.

1. Scope

These terms apply to everyone who downloads and uses the app. Installing and using the app means you accept them.

2. What the app does

Speed Cube is a single-player puzzle game in which you turn cubes from 2×2 to 5×5 with your finger. It is free, with no in-app purchases and no advertising.

There is no account and no server, so your records live only on your device. They cannot be restored if you change devices or delete the app.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, nor to copy, distribute or modify it without permission, nor to use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property and trademarks

All elements of the app, including its code, graphics and text, belong to DevWorld Co., Ltd.

"Rubik's" and "Rubik's Cube" are registered trademarks of Rubik's Brand Ltd. Speed Cube is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rubik's Brand Ltd. The app is an independent implementation of a twisty-puzzle mechanism whose patents have expired.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will meet your particular needs or run without error. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes and discontinuation

We may change the app's features or stop providing it. If we do, we will say so on the store listing or this site. Records already stored on your device remain available in the copy you have installed.

7. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the document version and effective date and publish the result on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved under the procedures set out in applicable law.
