이용약관

이 약관은 유한회사 데브월드가 제공하는 Sennit 앱의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

1. 목적과 적용

이 약관은 앱의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 서비스 내용

Sennit은 격자 위의 같은 색 점을 이어 모든 칸을 채우는 1인용 논리 퍼즐 게임입니다. 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 진행 상황은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 회사는 이용자 데이터를 보관하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

무료로 제공되며 광고가 포함됩니다. 「광고 제거」를 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

3. 유료 상품과 환불

「광고 제거」는 1회 구매하는 비소모성 상품입니다. 결제·환불은 각 스토어(Apple App Store, Google Play)의 정책과 절차를 따르며, 회사는 결제 정보를 보유하지 않습니다. 환불 요청은 구매한 스토어에 직접 하셔야 합니다.

기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치한 경우 앱 안의 「구매 복원」으로 이미 구매한 상품을 되살릴 수 있습니다. 다만 스토어 계정이 다르면 복원되지 않습니다.

진행 상황은 기기에만 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 복구할 수 없습니다.

4. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 앱을 역분석·변조하거나, 저장 데이터를 조작하여 유료 기능을 무단으로 사용하거나, 자동화 도구로 광고 수익 구조를 훼손해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 지식재산권

앱의 코드·그래픽·효과음 등 일체의 구성 요소에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 다만 이 게임이 따르는 연결형 퍼즐의 규칙 자체는 특정인의 소유가 아닙니다.

6. 면책

회사는 앱을 현재 상태(as-is)로 제공하며, 기기·운영체제의 문제나 이용자의 삭제로 인한 진행 상황 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임은 이용자가 해당 앱에 실제로 지불한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

7. 약관의 변경

약관이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일과 문서 버전을 함께 갱신합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

8. 준거법과 분쟁

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 회사 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using Sennit, an app provided by DevWorld Co., Ltd.

1. Purpose and scope

These terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and of users in connection with the app. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

2. What the service is

Sennit is a single-player logic puzzle in which you connect matching dots to fill every cell. There is no account or sign-in, and your progress is stored only on your device. We operate no server that holds user data.

The app is free and ad-supported. Purchasing “Remove Ads” turns the ads off.

3. Paid items and refunds

“Remove Ads” is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Payment and refunds follow the policies of the store you bought from (Apple App Store or Google Play); we hold no payment information. Refund requests must be made to that store.

If you change devices or reinstall, use “Restore purchases” in the app. Purchases cannot be restored to a different store account.

Because progress is stored only on your device, it cannot be recovered after uninstalling or changing devices.

4. Your responsibilities

You may not reverse-engineer or modify the app, tamper with saved data to unlock paid features, or use automation that abuses the advertising system.

5. Intellectual property

All components of the app — code, graphics and sound — belong to the company. The underlying rules of connection puzzles are not owned by anyone.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by device or operating-system issues or by your own deletion. To the extent the law allows, our liability will not exceed what you actually paid for the app.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update the effective date and document version on this page. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the change.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be heard by the court with jurisdiction over the company’s registered office.
